A seven-time Author and a retired Miami- Dade Correctional Officer who is married and blessed with two beautiful daughters. Perhaps, what makes Thomas so unusual is she is a talented "Inspirational" writer who writes to reach the pain that many try to hide.
" I write to Inspire, Uplift, Motivate and to the forgotten, hurt, abused, and the children.

Although she has received many awards and recognitions for her community involvement, voluntary with the public schools, excellent performance, Thomas still wanted more. Thomas earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she wanted to pursue her dreams of becoming her own boss and writing, so she turned that dream into a reality. Stepping out on faith, she retired from Miami-Dade Corrections in April 2005. Since then, Thomas has been writing and speaking at middle schools trying to reach out to our young people.

Thomas' novels have touched many people of all ages. She addresses real-life issues that people are battling with in their everyday life. Some of the topics discussed in her novels are: loving yourself, overcoming addiction and abuse, relationships, and healing emotional scars. She inspires and motivate the hurt, loss, abandoned, rejected, and those who are battling with physical pain or just looking to become inspired and uplifted.

She is determined to make a difference by helping others loose the chains and break the strongholds that try to stop them from pressing forward and achieving their success. Sometimes we get so caught up in ourselves and our situations, and success that it is so easy to forget our brothers and sisters and the struggles that they face. "I don't want to become part of that cycle of forgetting others. We as people tend to have forgotten to be kind to one another and reach out to those who are in need. We have forgotten we are our brother's keeper.

Also, Thomas is a columnist writer for Trendsetter to Trendsetter Magazine and Ceo of Teach 2 Reach Literary Program for Children. She is also a member of Madison's Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals and is a newly inducted member in the Metropolitan Who's Who for Outstanding Leadership in the business community. She has done a variety of speaking engagements and conferences in the professional and religious spectrum.

Angela released her first book in 2006 which is titled, "Chipping Away At The Soul Of Me and her other titles are "The Perfect Gift", "When Life Pushes You To The Edge", "Cried My Last Tears", "Hurts So Good", "Fallen 2 Stand" and " newly release Children's Book "Never Give Up".
