Hello, My Name is Bernard Williams. I am the CEO of The Silver Spur Steakhouse & Saloon Inc.

We have an exciting company and I am honored to present my proposal for your review. Having managed nightclubs and restaurants for many years, I found nightclubs to be geared to the younger crowd. It is my intention to appeal to a larger range of adults. Stockton, Ca. along with the surrounding areas are farming communities. My plan is to bring in this larger range of adults, both young and old. With a country atmosphere where patrons can have fun and meet new people. A place where they can look forward to seeing familiar faces week after week. With radio ads on the local country music station announcing the Silver Spur’s grand opening, along with a dining and entertainment schedule geared to bring in a wide range of patrons. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus will also suit the pocket book and keep a steady stream of locals as well as travelers coming in.



In 2009, The Silver Spur Steakhouse & Saloon Inc was created to offer a fine dining experience with a country atmosphere and evening entertainment. Overall, our company can be characterized as a high-profile dining and entertainment establishment. Our purpose is to fill the need for entertainment in and around Stockton Ca. as well as surrounding cities. The Silver Spur’s mission is to serve our customers quality food with excellent service. Entertain our guests with: Sports night, Standup Comedy night, Country Dancing and a Karaoke Night. Contests and Prizes will also to keep our patrons coming back.

Background---For many years people have been looking for a safe place they can take their family or date without the hassle of going to more then one place for dining and entertainment.

The "state of the art"/condition of the industry today is such that entertainment technology is at an all time high. Such as state of the art High Definition TV’s, High Definition Video Cameras and Sound Systems which the Silver Spur will incorporate into this establishment.

Competition: Fine dining establishments such as The Black Angus and The Outback Steakhouse which has no entertainment. Nightclubs and Bars with little or no dining experience. The Silver Spur will have a strong advantage over this competition with its Dining and entertainment schedule.

The legal form of The Silver Spur is a C-Corp located in Stockton Ca.

Capital Requirements---According to the opportunities and requirements for The Silver Spur Steakhouse & Saloon Inc described in this business plan, and based on what we feel are sound business assumptions, our initial capital requirements is for $3,000,000. Investor will receive 30% of net profits for 5 years. At which time the Silver Spur reserves the right to pay off the investment of $3,000,000.

To accomplish this goal we have developed a comprehensive plan to intensify and accelerate our marketing and sales activities and excellent customer service.
