Debbie right now is selling many homes under $300,000 to buyers who KNOW these are bargains and have good credit and a little cash. The government now gives certain buyers $15,000 towards a .home purchase, which generally covers the down payment and more. First time home buyers make out great, too. But anyone wanting rental properties or units can get great homes now for peanutes since homes in CA dropped 40% since the peak a few years ago.

- Don't spearfish anymore, but I do fish from boat, kayak or shore about 2-3 days a week and catch snapper, sheepshead, jacks, chichlids, bluegills etc. almost every time.
