It is important to share a little about me and why I do the thing I do. As many may know me as the guy who is losing weight and inviting people to watch and chime in I think it is important to tell you about myself.

My 10 Day Weigh In

I am totally amazed at the results and I cannot wait until next week to see the progress. I had some struggles with hunger but it was not as bad as I have experienced in the past. The really Cool thing is this is not a diet. I do not run around measuring my food or weighing it on a scale. If I want a piece of pizza I will have a piece. I do watch what I eat as far as the type of food and how much.

I Lost 10 Pounds In On Week with Out Exercise

I have heard it said it is not good to lose more than a pound a week. The reason given to me is you lose muscle when you lose weight to fast. While that may be true I found a revolutionary product that works great.

the following is not my life story, but like you I have had some ups and downs. I have always recovered from the downs and am now on the path of another success.
I am Mario Venturini, Italian, born in Cairo , Egypt . I started to work at age 11 and I speak 7 languages.
