Great Companies Don't Cut Training During Tough Times!
Most successful companies would never cut training during hard times. Do tough times cause some positions to become obsolete? Absolutely; but people can still grow during tough times and if there is any time to invest in your staff it's now. Fine tune them, remove the dead wood, cut anything and anyone that is not willing or able to produce outstanding results. The rainmakers? Train and retrain them. If you just think about it hard and long enough and it will happen. Only believe and it will be yours. You attract what you think about.
