Good looking portraits
I notice that many of the thumbnail portrait images of members are not very clear at all. With all due respect to members' image choices they could be vastly improved. If you will email me a halfway decent pic of yourselves of not less than 0.5Mb in size and with emphasis on head and shoulders, I will perform some enhancement magic and send you back a watermarked low res image for approval.
