Hi, I’m Carol and my husband would be here to say “hi” too, but he’s technically challenged so he’s loading the dishwasher while I write this! :-) No husband has ever been shot while doing the dishes. Since I’m the nerd in the family, welcome to my page. Not that anyone will actually read this but WOW!! I guess this is where I get to tell my story. I don't pretend to have all the answers. I don't pretend to even know what the questions are. Hey, where am I? Who are you? Oh! OK, my story… One of my priorities and passions in life is why I am here but some other vital statistics first:

South Florida native, married, 2 grown “children”, who are working and in college. I am an admissions director for a private school, Alumnus of The Miami Edison Sr. High Red Raiders and The University of Florida Gators, with a BA in educaton. I am also a lifetime member of The School of Hard Knocks Idgits. Waking up breathing today gives me a clue that I have another chance. I believe in God bless America, apple pie (hopefully organic), living to the fullest in a Plan B world (working on it), loving God, my family, my co-workers and my neighbor as myself. (Working on those. too.) Sometimes I get ticked off at myself and my neighbors everywhere, but one day, under Plan A, we will all get rid of our attitudes and prejudices, and be able to sit down under a tree and just laugh at each other and ourselves ;-)

Until that time these are the three priorities of my life: faith, family and...phenomenal health. A couple of years ago a paradigm shift captured me, and that was to start taking more responsibility for my own quality of life, health and my family's.
