WHO IS D.A. SEARS?

DIANE A. SEARS is the Editor/Author of a book on Fatherhood and Men’s Issues – IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD® -- TRANSCENDING BOUNDARIES; the Managing Editor of a quarterly international male parenting journal which was launched in October 1999—IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD® --- and is exclusively published and distributed by BSI International,Inc. (www.bsi-international.com) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and the creator and moderator of IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD®’s blog at http://globalfatherhooddialogue. blogspot.com – all of which facilitates a “Global Dialogue on Fatherhood” for Men who are Fathers from all Walks of Life throughout our global village. The concept for IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD® was created by Sears’ mentor, the late L.T. Henry, a classically trained jazz musician who performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra and was a former drummer for internationally acclaimed songstress and film and television actress Ms. Della Reese; author; photojournalist; and sales and success motivation trainer who died in March 1999 without having an opportunity to develop his vision of an interactive Fatherhood Forum. Shortly after Mr. Henry’s death, Sears began resurrecting her late mentor’s vision through the launching of the quarterly international male parenting journal—IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD®, the publishing of a book, and the creation of a Fatherhood blog.

SEARS is a member of the University Council for Akamai University’s Fatherhood and Men’s Studies Program (www.akamaiuniversity.us) which is located in Hilo, Hawaii. She advises the President of Akamai University on Fatherhood issues and assists him in the enhancement of the institution’s Fatherhood and Men’ Studies curriculum and in forming strategic alliances with national and international Fatherhood organizations. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Fatherhood Practitioners Network.

MS. SEARS has interviewed Men who are Fathers throughout our global village concerning issues directly and indirectly related to Fatherhood and has developed and maintains working relationships with male parenting organizations in Australia, Canada, Europe and the United States. She has authored and published reviews for numerous books about Fatherhood and Men’s issues including, but not limited to, Father and Child Reunion: How To Bring The Dads We Need to the Children We Love, by Warren Farrell, Ph.D.; Swallowed By A Snake: The Gift Of The Masculine Side Of Healing by Thomas R. Golden, LCSW; The Ultimate Survival Guide for the Single Father by Thomas Hoerner; Nothing’s Wrong: A Man’s Guide To Managing His Feelings by David Kundtz; Hey Daddy, Read This by Donald Roberts, an award-winning journalist and anchorman for Virginia’s NBC-affiliate television station WAVY-TV; We Fish: The Journey To Fatherhood by University of Pittsburgh Vice Provost Jack L. Daniel, Ph.D. and his son Omari C. Daniel, Ph.D.; Death To Diabetes: The 6 Stages Of Type 2 Diabetes Control & Reversal by DeWayne McCulley; and Fatherhood by William H. Cosby, Jr., Ed.D., A Promise To Ourselves: A Journey Through Fatherhood And Divorce by television, film and Broadway actor Alec Baldwin; 2011: The Global Depression by global economist and economic consultant to the Government of Canada and the United Nations Economic Commission Ruben James.

SEARS has co-produced numerous Fatherhood forums. In April 2006, SEARS co-moderated the “New Media, Social Entrepreneurship and the Single Father Movement” Panel at the Eastern Communication Association’s 97th National Conference which was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and presented a paper entitled, “Resurrecting A Vision -- -- Transforming Fatherhood: The New Media And the Fatherhood Movement”. In June 2008, Sears launched IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD(R)'s INTERNATIONAL FATHERHOOD AND MEN'S ISSUES INTERNSHIP PROGRAM which is open to students of all academic disciplines and individuals throughout our global village.

Since 1989, Sears has provided marketing services to numerous non-profit organizations based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which inlclude, but are not limited to, The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (1997 Small Business Excellence Awards); Philadelphia Jaycees; United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania – Marketing Subcommittee; WYBE-TV/Channel 35; Bread and Roses Community Fund; and the Women’s Business Development Center. In March 2000, she created and co-produced the FIRST ANNUAL PHILADELPHIA PUBLISHERS PANEL Which brought publishers and authors from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland and the general public together for one-on-one discussions about publishing which generated book sales and networking opportunities for the authors and publishers. At the request of Media Scholar and East Carolina University Associate Professor of Journalism and Communications BERNARD M. TIMBERG, PH.D., Sears in 2003, co-created and co-facilitated the successful launch of a media campaign for his book Television Talk: A History Of The TV Talk Show in the form of a book event at Washington, D.C.’s Politics & Prose Bookstore on Connecticut Avenue.

A Federal Communications Commission licensee, Notary Public, and former Internet radio talk show host, SEARS also represents nationally acclaimed professional artist and fashion clothing line designer and owner Charles L. Earley (http://charlesearley.blogspot.com). Mr. Earley’s works have been on exhibit in one-man and group shows at a number of art galleries, including an art gallery on Madison Avenue which exhibited in 1979 "New York City From East To West" which features the World Trade Center and was completed by the artist in 1978.

Hey there...

Do you spend a lot of time on social networks such as this one but can't seem to get the effort you expend to translate into targeted traffic hitting your website, affiliate or business opportunity links?

Well don't feel bad if you answered "NO" to my question. Because it's not easy what you're trying to make happen.

If it were easy everybody and their brother would be working from home and there would be no opportunity for you and I to do it too!

There are a whole slew of opportunities available today that you can take advantage of to make GREAT money online…

BUT you can have the greatest opportunity sitting in front of you, but your long term success will rely on two things: 1) Persistence 2) The ability to adapt.

The people I see that struggle and fail online… it’s not that they haven’t found the ONE thing that’s going to make them money… it’s because they float from one thing to another. They never fully develop an effort to market that ONE thing properly.

Sometimes all a person needs to succeed online is a tough minded coach who has been around the block a few times who's willing to take the time to teach them the ropes and to kick them in the butt when they need it.

Make no mistake either. I'm the man with the size 13's who can help you turn your online business around. I have been in the business full time now for over a decade so I know some things about making money online that you probably don't.

Take for instance the fact that I received close to a half million page views on just one of my websites last year and I didn't pay for even a single click to make that happen.

You need traffic to your site? It's available if you have the guts to go out and look for it.

You want my help in finally being able to quit your job and become a full time Internet marketer?

If so, I have Four Cardinal Rules I would expect you to adhere to if you end up joining my free offer to train you as my apprentice. Violate just one of them once and you will be formally warned. Violate a rule a second time it will result in your expulsion from the program.

And no, I never give second chances.

To learn what the 4 Cardinal Rules are to my Free Apprentice Program visit my site at http://www.onlinegoldsystem.com/ .

Best Regards,

Matt "No Whining Allowed" LaClear
517-969-9012 -- direct

P.S. If my free program sounds like something you'd like to be a part of then I look forward to working with you. I truly believe we can transform you into a genuine Internet Marketing money earner.

If by chance you find me too hard core for your tastes then it's best you decline on my offer to train you. Don't worry I won't be offended if it turns out that I'm not your cup of tea. I have several relatives who feel the same way about me! But I do hope we can remain friends and network with one another!
