During the Hoidays I devote my time and help Children. By working with DFAC in getting children shoes, and coats sizes ,my small team goes to Goodwill or Walmart to buy these items, we have another team that provide toys, and another team provide food THANKS

All these Famous saying {and if anyone has some Pls comment} does have an impact on our life everyday. Everyone everyday has to decide on something but the question is " Do I think about the pro and the con " when the situation arise or just react. For myself most of the time I would react to the situation and there has been times where I would plan my work and work my plan and I would have fewer problems. Pls share your comments

LEAD-FOLLOW-OR GET OUT THE WAY IS MY MOTTO
I had retired from the U.S ARMY in 1989 as a COMMUNICATION CHIEF /MILITARY INSTRUCTOR,SFC E-7, most of my tours were oversea and looking back I would not change anything, sure many times there were hot spot and I would have to shift gears to combat the problem but in the long run it was enjoyable, One tour was in Germany I was there 12 years stationed in WURZBURG. Sorry I have not responded sooner but we had a death in the family. My father-in-law passed away from lung cancer. My in-laws live out of state which made it more difficult for us. The past year has been very emotional.
