Recycling is the key. Modern waste management is really on the verge of great profitability. You would appear to have a process that recycles plastics and produces new end-products. With tax breaks and government incentives to start, all you need is a solid business plan. I recommend following the format from the www.sba.gov site. It's also a good idea to review their information on application for business loans.

You should also meet with a business consultant. SCORE is a reputable organization of retired business owners and executives willing to consult free of charge.

Damon, I will offer you some free advice of my own. Look into established HAZMIN centers in your area. Do some market research and find out what programs they are involved in. From there, you could put forward a customized business plan for how your operations could integrate with theirs.

You should get good at talking money such as reduced waste expenses, value stream efficiencies, and even revenue streams. You might look into teaming up with some of the local Lean Implementation specialists.
