I apologize for not being around for the last few months I was in the hospital and recently diagnosed with Diabetes. I am however, starting to get all my strength and motivation back.

With winter quickly bearing down, it is time to start thinking about your health. I hate to say this, it is the dreaded C word, “Christmas” not really, but it is only about two months away. Hi All,
I just signed up and like what I see so far. I haven't been around yet but the night is still young. Starting to get a little chilly here and need a sweater here pretty soon. Don't have the heat turned on yet still a little early for that, about the end of this month though.
