4.41% rate (note rate is based on the 90 day Libor rate) plus 2 points, 5 year
term, with renewable five years option, if required and up to 100% loan to value,(with Proof of funds in reserve) or 90% LTV with the 10% of the requested loan to be placed into escrow. (Note:
