Hey everyone,

My name is Deb and in my other life, I spent many years in the hospitality industry, so I know first hand that being "Social" is not something that just happened in the past couple or years.

I've always been Social, in fact, I left corporate America to pursue a career in hospitality for 2 reasons...

1. It partially eliminated the glass ceiling for women.

2. It's SOCIAL!!!

I left that industry in 1990 to pursue a career in Network Marketing for 2 reasons...

1. It TOTALLY eliminated the glass ceiling and put men and women on the same footing.

2. It's SOCIAL

You might glean from that, that I am a Social Butterfly and believe in the IMPORTANCE of creating "Personal Relationships" with the people in my Network.

When I first started working on the Internet in 2003, my mentors taught me how IMPORTANT it is to actually pick up the phone and "connect" with the people I want to include in my "Circle of Influence".

The people in my Network actually know me, most have met me and anyone of them can give you a recommendation that says...Deb is AWESOME!!!

Heck, if they couldn't say that about me...why the heck would I want them in my network???
