You see the first tool the body uses to show you are out of balance is thats right...COLOUR! not getting the message then ....Your Personal Relationships....still not getting the message then your Professional Relationships still not getting the message then your Material things start to break or do strange things or are taken from you depends on your issue......... and the last tool the body uses to get your attention that something needs to change in your life is that right THE PHYSICAL BODY so those aches and pains are the bodies way of telling you to wake up and do something different...colour helps...

In this edition of the Clubfreedom Express, we share the success story of one hard working Clubfreedom member.

She has made her way from Australia to Europe to the United States and to Mexico, spreading the word about Clubfreedom.

"I have been in Clubfreedom since September, 2006 and I have over 100 personally sponsored members. I have cycled many times and have had many free trips with my travel vouchers. My Clubfreedom rewards and vouchers allowed me to live for 5 months in a resort accommodation. Then I left for the Greek Island cruise with Clubfreedom. My plane ticket from Australia to Athens was purchased using my travel vouchers, as was the cruise. To say Clubfreedom has changed my life is an understatement.

How To Attract New Customers With
Your Business Card
Let's say you attend a business function. You meet a top tier prospect and give her your card. As you are driving home, you realize that twenty other people may have approached that prospect and presented their business cards. So what will make your card stand out from the collected stack?

Here are several ways to assure that prospects will read your card and will become more likely to do business with you.

Keep your card reader friendly - You can do this by providing ample blank space. Unfortunately, we are tempted to load as much information on the card as the printer can squeeze in.

However, people don't want to bog down by reading lengthy paragraphs. Note how short this paragraph is, and the one before it. Easy to read, don't you think?

Display your photo on your card - Think what happens when the prospect you met at the reception flips through all of the business cards she collected. Which people will she remember most easily? The ones with photos, of course. For many years, real estate pros have acted on this assumption, and they are right.

An important caution is to be sure to use a recent picture, no more than five years old. The person who uses an outdated picture raises suspicion. What else about them is obsolete or misrepresented?

Use a standard size - You want your card to fit the card collections others maintain. An odd-shaped card might be tossed away as too cumbersome to keep. Many people use business card holders of one style or another. Typically only standard size business cards will fit. Don't let your card be thrown away due to its size.

Never economize on paper stock - The money you save won't compare with the money you will miss out on because prospects think you may be second rate, like your card.

Spend what is needed to include color - Think about it. How many of your potential clients have black and white televisions, cameras and magazines?

Avoid psychedelic or neon colors unless you are a designer, artist or entertainer. Your color photo will reflect a warm, vivid personality. There's no need to shock the senses of readers.

Include your slogan - Your slogan identifies your purpose. Six words are enough--if they are the right words.

Tell readers how to contact you by phone, fax, mail and Internet - This sounds elementary, yet you would be surprised at how many marketers omit this essential data.

Keep your card current - Print new ones when you change your location, telephone number or email address. When someone gives you a business card with a new telephone number added in pen, you rate their work second class, or worse.

Use both sides of your card for information - No need to let half of the space go unutilized.

Many professionals put their mission statement on the reverse side and show it to prospects when they meet with them.

When you give your card to a prospective client, don't offer just one - Instead, ask your prospect, "How many of these will you need, to share with your friends (or family or co-workers)?"

You will be amazed at how many more cards you will put into circulation with this simple question.

How To Book And Board Cruises - Part 3

This week we complete our article on booking and enjoying a great cruise.

Discovering New Worlds During Shore Excursions - Whenever your ship stops at an exciting port of call, you have three options: stay on board, explore by yourself or take a ship excursion. But once you glimpse out your porthole and see the tropical island, feel the vibrations of the bustling cities and sense the intoxication of the exotic countries, staying on board will quickly dissolve as an option.

Ship-sponsored shore excursions are valuable if you want to visit the attractions far from the pier, have easy access to historic monuments, forts, and castles and simply learn about the country. They also provide the best ways to experience a metropolitan city port like Barcelona or Rome, and the safest way to visit a third-world country where language and customs may prove too daunting a barrier.

However, if all you want to do is walk around a city or town, shop or go to a beach, then grab a map, secure your money and hike it on your own. Wandering a port on your own can be a great way to get away from the crowd and immerse yourself in a new culture, but it can also be challenging.

For miles around, everyone just noticed the big white ship full of tourists coming in, so your chances of blending are nil.

Don't draw attention to yourself with flashy jewelry and large amounts of cash. Don't walk down narrow alleys or poorly lit streets, and avoid being surrounded by large crowds if possible. Carry a fake wallet and put your money in your front pocket, or place a rubber band around your wallet to make it more difficult to remove from your pocket without you feeling it.

Seasickness is less common nowadays as the ship's immense size and state-of-the-art motion stabilizers control gentle rocking. Once on board, spend some time on deck and focus on a fixed point of the horizon to help you adjust and get your sea legs quickly.

Be sure to pack a your complete health information with you on your trip, with your medical history, your insurance information, contact person in case of emergency, blood type and list of allergies, medications and immunizations.

Tipping - Know Which Price Is Right - Tipping is a traditional part of cruising and an important part of the income of those who help make your cruise enjoyable. Each cruise line will provide its own guide to tipping, with some even providing envelopes for you to pass them out in. Here are some general guidelines:



Airport sky caps generally - $1.00 for each bag.
Porters at the loading area of the ship - $1.00 for each bag.
Cabin Stewards and Waiters - $3.00 - $3.50 each, per passenger per day.
Servers or Busboys - $1.50 - $2.50 per passenger, per day.
Maitre d'- $2.00 to $10.00 per passenger for the entire cruise depending on how helpful they have been.
Many bar and lounge tips are included on your bill at a standard 15 percent which you can generally adjust for poor or excellent service. Check your individual bills to see if a tip has already been included.
Your Final Port of Call - Home - A cruise ship is a luxury hotel with a different view every day. There really are no limits to where you can cruise nowadays, as every ocean and river can be explored in style and luxury. And when compared with the cost of a land-based holiday, cruising offers excellent value with everything you need wrapped into one package.

This Wholesale Access Certificate provides unlimited travel and holiday bookings with Clubfreedom's preferred travel suppliers.

When a person purchases one of Clubfreedom's Wholesale Access Certificates they receive FREE membership with Clubfreedom and automatic entry into a generous Rewards Program.

Clubfreedom chose to build it's member base using the internet and a referral based marketing program rather than the traditional marketing methods like television, and other media which can be very expensive and slow. Clubfreedom created a generous cash rewards program that has revolutionized the travel industry.

The rewards program is used to reward members who sell access certificates and develop a team of other members who on sell the access certificates. This team will result in multiple generations of referrals that can spread across a person's region, country and even internationally.

This rewards program is funded through Clubfreedom allocating a percentage of the sale of each Wholesale Access Certificate to the rewards program and distributing this revenue back to qualified members. PROFIT SHARE!

A more detailed look at the rewards program. . .

Each member creates a unique member username or ID which also generates a unique Clubfreedom website address where other people can go to become a member of Clubfreedom and purchase their own Access Certificate. Clubfreedom tracks who referred each member so each member can view details of their referrals. As their own personal referrals introduce other members who in turn introduce others, members can soon develop a growing team of satisfied members all enjoying the benefits of membership with Clubfreedom.

The rewards program uses a revolutionary revolving matrix system as opposed to traditional matrices to fast track your progress through the system. With this system the sophisticated software will enter members at Level 1 of STAGE 1 System from left to right and then advance them from Level 1 through to the Level 4 position STAGE 1 Board.

As you and others on the board introduce people to Clubfreedom the Level 1 positions are filled. As you introduce more people and they in turn do the same you can create a large team of Clubfreedom members all enjoying the benefits of membership and progressing through the rewards program. The faster the board is filled, the faster you receive your cash and travel rewards.

To advance through the rewards program it requires a team effort. Everyone's minimum goal is to introduce at least 2 members to qualify you to move through STAGE 1 board. Relieve Stress Effectively
As we mentioned last week, there are many ways to reduce tension and relax. This week we will provide you with the stress relievers we believe are most effective for the amount of work and time involved. Some can be learned in the time it takes to read this page, while others take a little more practice, but there's something here for everyone!

Breathing Exercises - Deep breathing is an easy stress reliever that has numerous benefits for the body, including oxygenating the blood, which "wakes up" the brain, relaxing muscles and quieting the mind. Breathing exercises are especially helpful because you can do them anywhere, and they work quickly so you can de-stress in a flash. The Karate Breathing Meditation is a great exercise to start with, and this basic breathing exercise can be done anywhere!

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 3-10 minutes
Here is how to do it:

Sit in a comfortable position. While most martial artists use the "seiza" position, with legs beneath the buttocks and knees directly in front, many people find this position to be uncomfortable. If this is the case, you may also sit cross-legged or in another position that's more comfortable for you.
Close your eyes, but keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, head up, your eyes (behind the lids) focused straight ahead.
Take a deep, cleansing breath, expanding your belly and keeping your shoulders relaxed, and hold it in for the count of six. Exhale, and repeat twice more. Then breathe normally, and focus your attention on your breathing. As you breathe, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, still expanding your belly rather than moving your shoulders up and down.
If your thoughts drift toward the stresses of the day ahead or of the day behind you, gently refocus on your breathing and remain in the present moment. Feel the air move in, and feel the air move out. That's it.
Continue this for as little or as long as you like, and you should notice that your body is more relaxed and your mind is more centered. Enjoy the rest of your day!
Tips:

As you breathe, let your abdomen expand and contract, rather than moving your shoulders up and down. This deeper breathing is more natural and similar to how babies breathe. It gives you increased lung capacity, whereas the shallow breathing adults usually utilize doesn't allow as much oxygenation of the blood.
Don't breathe too quickly or too slowly; just breathe at a natural rate, but more deeply.
If you find your thoughts drifting a lot at first, don't worry that you're doing it wrong. Noticing that you've drifted and refocusing to your breathing is part of the practice, and something you're doing right.
Meditation - Meditation builds on deep breathing, and takes it a step further. When you meditate, your brain enters an area of functioning that's similar to sleep, but carries some added benefits you can't achieve as well in any other state, including the release of certain hormones that promote health. Also, the mental focus on nothingness keeps your mind from working overtime and increasing your stress level. Here is a great website to get you started: Basic Meditation

Guided Imagery - It takes slightly more time to practice guided imagery, but this is a great way to leave your stress behind for a while and relax your body. Some find it easier to practice than meditation, as many people find it easier to focus on something than on nothing. You can play natural sounds in the background as you practice, to promote a more immersive experience.

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 10-15 Minutes
How to use guided imagery:

Get into a comfortable position, like one you would use for meditation or self-hypnosis. If a lying-down position would likely put you to sleep, opt for a cross-legged position, or recline in a comfy chair.
Use diaphragmic deep breathing and close your eyes, focusing on breathing in peace and breathing out stress.
Once you get to a relaxed state, begin to envision yourself in the midst of the most relaxing environment you can imagine. For some, this would be floating in the cool, clear waters off of a remote tropical island, where attractive people bring drinks and smooth music plays in the background. For others, this might be sitting by a fire in a secluded snow cabin, deep in the woods, sipping hot cocoa and reading a novel while wrapped in a plush blanket and fuzzy slippers.
As you imagine your scene, try to involve all of your senses. What does it look like? How does it feel? What special scents are involved? Do you hear the roar of a fire, the splash of a waterfall, or the sounds of chipper birds? Make your vision so real you can even taste it!
Stay here for as long as you like. Enjoy your surroundings, and let yourself be far from what stresses you. When you're ready to come back to reality, count back from ten or twenty, and tell yourself that when you get to one, you'll feel serene and alert, and enjoy the rest of your day. When you return, you'll feel more calm and refreshed, like returning from a mini-vacation.
Tips:

You may want to use ambient sounds that compliment your imagery. This way, you feel more immersed in your environment, plus the sounds of real life will be obscured.
You may also want to set an alarm, just in case you lose track of time or fall asleep. This way, you'll be more able to relax and let go, knowing that your schedule won't be in jeopardy.
As you get more practiced, you'll be able to go more deeply and quickly. You may also want to communicate with your subconscious mind, with the help of a tape you record for yourself or purchase, or a therapist.

To book the perfect cruise for you and your family, simply follow these helpful guidelines compiled by some of the most travel-wise people in the world. We want the process of booking your next cruise to be as relaxing as the cruise itself.

Chart Your Course And Pick The Cruise That's Right For You - Your first choice is the most enjoyable, for it allows your mind to wander around the globe and back again, revisiting every destination your dreams have ever taken you to. Where in the world do you want to go and for how long?

The length of your trip largely depends on how much you can afford. Cruises offer everything from one or two-night excursions out to sea and back to journeys that take you around the world in 100 days. Three-day weekend, four-day midweek, one-week and two-week cruises are the most popular.

With 70 percent of the planet covered in water, the next question should not be where to go to but where to go to first. Cruise ships visit more than 1,800 ports around the world, providing you with rare glimpses into many cultures all in one eye-popping vacation.

Finding A Good Rate And The Right Cabin - Paying the brochure rate for a cruise is like paying full sticker price for a car. To lessen the sticker shock, book early - generally 120 days prior to the sail date - and be flexible about your travel plans, for just like the rest of the travel industry, off-season cruises are typically cheaper.

A great tip - aim for a four-day cruise in the middle of the week instead of the popular three-day weekend cruise. You might get that extra day at a great rate!

The most significant factor in determining the price of your ticket will be the size and location of your cabin. Depending on the ship, cabins range from cozy closets to spacious suites with a hot tub. And they are priced accordingly.

If you plan to spend significant time in your cabin, choose the biggest room you can afford. Standard cabins have twin beds, which can usually be converted into a queen-sized bed, while bunk beds in other rooms cannot be converted.

The most-expensive and least-expensive cabins are likely to sell out first, so book early if you have set your sights on either. Cabins are listed as inside (no windows) or outside (with windows), with outside cabins naturally higher priced. If you are booking a cabin with windows, check with your travel agent to ensure that your view is not obstructed by equipment such as a lifeboat.

Cruise Specialists - Your New Best Friend - A good cruise specialist may offer you group rates, free upgrades, shipboard credits and other amenities or discounts. They will clarify the need for passports and visas, explain your dining choices and advise the cruise line of any special dietary requests, check periodically to see if the price of the cruise has dropped, book your air and hotel, and review your documents and reservations to make sure that everything is in order.

Are Air/Sea Packages Worth It? - Offered by many airlines, air/sea packages include a flight from your home to the ship's port and back again in the price of ticket. While this option does relieve the hassle of purchasing your own ticket, be aware of both the pros and the cons.

If you purchase the air/sea package, your transfers between the airport and the ship will be included in the price. The cruise line will claim your luggage for you and carry it to the ship, and all you'll have to do is board the bus. If your flight is delayed, the cruise line will be aware of your delay and may be able to hold the ship for a few hours. If not, they will make every effort to get you to the first port to board the ship.

If you make your own flight arrangements, you might be able to find a better deal, flying nonstop with an airline you prefer while earning frequent flyer miles. You will have to find your own transportation to the cruise terminal from the airport and claim your luggage and carry it with you, so plan to arrive a day early and purchase optional travel insurance that covers trip delays, missed cruise connections and lost or delayed baggage.
