Do you spend a lot of time on social networks such as this one but can't seem to get the effort you expend to translate into targeted traffic hitting your website, affiliate or business opportunity links?

Since you are in TX, I assume you are on central time. I am 1 hour later.
On November 15 of this year I will be 65 years old (I am much older than I look.)
As for the medical side, most of my life I have had very good health, although in more recent years I am type 2 diabetic.
We all know this is closely relarted to diet and weight, but we eat our emotions, and I am very aware of how this has affected me at different times.
While I came from a psychologically very bad background in childhood, I am exceptionally aware of this and what I have done from the age of 16 on with this is also known to be very exceptional.
If I were to go into all the incredibly complex details, we would be at this non-stop for weeks, but circumstantially, the benefits are in the details for all of us. I know independently, that this information has a lot of potential value for many, but...

This is a quotation from my 10th Toastmaster speech (www.toastmasters.org). I am currently the V.P. of membership of the Dorval City Toastmasters club in the western suburbs of Montreal.
However much of this is in writing as well. In respect of that 10th speech: "A Reaction to society's Problems", an 8 to 10 minute inspirational speech that was accompanied by an electronic presentation, similar to Power Point of about 50 slides, what remains is a collection of 3 .PDFs.
The first is the script, colour coded, like that of a typical teacher.
The second is the 50 colour slices.
The third is the collage of the evaluations and feedback, typical of a Toastmasters prepared speech, shown in the original handwriting of the writers, together with a replication fo the ribbon i received at completing the Competent Communicator qualification that comes at the end of a Toastmaster's first 10 speeches.
You can download the concatenated combination of these 3 .PDFs as one hyperlinked, 73 page .PDF from the public downloads of the Club's website. (www.dorvalcity.freetoasthost.org) this will avoid me having to ask you for your normal email address to send it to you.

One last note: Even with as many as 50 slides, the speech did not go overtime. Toastmasters' speeches are all officially times and the meetings are well structured based on Toastmasters International's established program.
