Posts on the main page and in the discussions must have Twitter IDs and be relevant to Twitter. Introducing yourself and your business is of course what Sta.rtUp.biz is all about, but this is not the place for the famous "long Sales Letter."
Most of the members will follow you on Twitter if you follow them, this builds a relationship. They will probably go to your page, and you know every time you post there's a link to that. Many will then investigate your web site too. This is an inquisitive and friendly group.

You have some great Pics to say you enjoy life...keep on we only live once...I decided several years ago to conquer my definite major purpose in life...to help people to enjoy a life of longevity with health wealth and love and be with me to celibrate 120 years onward...and to do that I have learned we all must do a few simple things......
#1...laugh heartily every day ...I mean uncontrollable laughter...that forces all systems to run in overdrive... you know what I mean...life is fun...let's lighten up and enjoy...
