I am a mother of three incredible sons. My baby just left for college and the house is way too quiet. On November 13th I will have been married for 26 years and to the same man. We are entering a new phase of life which makes me a little sad and excited about the journey.

I have spent the last 23 years supporting small businesses owners in growing profitable businesses.

What Do You Do?

What do you say when ask "What do you do?" Something like, I'm a life coach, I'm a therapist, I'm an attorney...and do you expect people to immediately identify someone in their personal network you could help? Those are really boring descriptions of what you do. And they certainly wouldn't have me ready to hire you or promote you to someone I know. You must help people feel what you do. They need to connect emotionally. Better would be something like this.
