The other day I sat in the early morning light feeling such a buzz from my meditation

One thing I have learned over the year is not to make an impossible list of resolutions that are just unreasonable to
accomplish. I have always been a "list" maker & "goal" setter & from my days of being in management my goals are
always reviewed, reasonable/achievable, time orientated & relevant to my internal desires.
