Gene! My goodness you work is stunning. I love the way you use colour and my favourites are the works in which you use ... pattern (as in the rock details).... that orange red desert scene just stole my heart. What a great gift you share with us all.

established business (1-3 years)

What industry is your business in?
Museums and Fine Art
I am a Missouri artist who became interested in art at a young age. I majored in art in college, and graduated from Truman State University in 1990 with a B A in art. I worked for the Burroughs and Standard Register company and painted commissioned artwork for a few years before recently deciding to sell my work online.

I am an impressionist landscape painter emphasizing color in its natural and abstract relationship to it's surroundings. I paint because of the creative fulfillment I receive. My preliminary compositions and sketches provide a good idea how I will work with a painting, but I look forward to the challenges the work will extend along the way before I feel that the painting reflects my ideas and the quality that I want to present. Thanks.
