How it works? Each client situation is reviewed, and a bespoke simple web “blog” site set up. Each site is discrete and is monitored to only allow invited people into it. The site can be branded with the company logo.
Depending on the defined change task identified by the sponsor, people are first emailed by the sponsor to explain the task, and what their role is. They will be then sent a link to the bespoke website.
(This can be produced in a matter of hours not days). People join the site using their proper or anonymous name and join in on the dialogue in their own time. This dialogue could be around capturing data for change management activity like culture change, or a new project.
