I am tired of staff expecting a tip when they do a terrible job. I have no problem figuring out the tip so I don't want 15% automatically calculated when the staff did a crappy job.

Whom I am is a person who has been successful at living, is that not enough of a challenge personally. LOL. The pursuit of other interests of a professional nature are all very secondary in nature but primary in successful achievement. Basically, I perceive myself as a reasonable goal setter taking care of my business, possibly helping others to do the same and going about the business of life as a very happy, spiritually grounded and aware individual. That's pretty much it, no fanfare, no chest thumping or exhuberant attention gathering self-focus. In summary, keeping it all very simple.
