What is an Intelligent Garden? It's a place and a concept for getting ideas together,
a meeting place for Creative and Resourceful businessmen and developers,
to congregate and invent new ways to do business and to have businesses develop.
Why be so broad? Because this is not the 90's.
This is the future way to create business concepts. It's also the way to design income from tried and proven models that can be reformulated to make them more appealing and mainstream, while giving new ways to project creative design and products.
Without the demand for new products, any new business is set for failure.
So, identifying the demand and tuning into the stream of demand are key components.
How often should a group meet?
Every day is possible, but why not let the developing organization determine their frequency as the clubs grow and consolidate their resources and linkages?
What is the concept base structure like? It is first a restaurant/Club, with the restaurant on the bottom floor, and the offices of the organization and meeting rooms above on the second floor.
What would the layout look like? An open design with water flowing the length of the structure and a garden waterfall feature at the main office frontage, falling down to a bistro locale below, with casual outdoor European Street equipment and dining tables around a garden setting. Why a restaurant?
Because everyone has to eat, and dining makes ideas easier to project and conceptualize, before a meeting, where hard facts are proposed. How will it be funded? Grants and memberships. The majority of successful businesses are actually based on 501c organizations that own or fund businesses that cover some area not within the concept group.
Rationale for the idea? Casual environments are more creative.
