Hello, everyone.
In my business the focus is on helping clients discover their potential for business, health, relationships, leadership, handling change and fulfillment.
My passion is PREVENTING ILLNESS from happening. This requires a wellness plan (which most people don't have), and commitment to your plan. I specialize in MIND -BODY healing, and I still get excited (after 15 years of coaching) seeing my clients prosper when they apply the tools and techniques I teach them. As a former psychotherapist I had to learn to get my ego out of the way, and to support clients in their efforts to improve their lives, whether it is an individual, a couple or an organization.
Everybody needs to entertain this question, "IS MY HEALTH MY HIGHEST PRIORITY TODAY?" and when you answer "YES", sit down with pen and paper to design a wellness plan for that day. That means a set of activities that promote your health and well being, and the times you set aside for those activities. Important; that quality time is not for sale!!!
During one of my lectures about SLOWING THE AGING PROCESS, the aspect of prevention of illness was addressed. Someone in the audience shouted: "why fix it if it's not broken?" My response: "why do you take your car for oil, and filter change, if it is not broken?"People do preventive maintenance for their cars but not for their own health. I help them to change that attitude, and they safe money too.

2. Where am I going? What is my purpose; in what ways will I make a difference?
3. Who will follow me? How motivational and inspirational can I be in word and behavior? No selli…

Regarding emotions and success. I agree with Bert that emotions play an important role in success, and in peoples' lives in general.
As a Coach I train executives how to manage their emotions and those of their staff members. My training course is titled: "THE WHOLE PERSON COMES TO WORK"(managing emotions in the work place). People can't just leave their feelings at the doorstep. Most importantly, everyone has to be more aware of how they develop feelings, and how they can manage themselves and…

Hi, Jim.
I am in the business of helping people make changes in their lives, at any level; Life, Career and Wellness Coaching.
Most importantly is to help them to develop clear goals, find their strengths, and their passion, and to develop the new attitude. Once this is accomplished, the right choices are made, and commitment to their plan follows. It is about 100% commitment, 100% action, and 100% success.
