Welcome to Startupbiz,

You are on one of the most dynamic sites on the Internet. Please put me on your friends list – I’d really appreciate it.

A little about me – I’m a 60+ year old baby boomer who had a very successful 30+ year career in marketing and advertising. That’s me with the white hair.

Three years ago I was struck with a near fatal case of pulmonary fibrosis and through the grace of God I had a life saving double lung transplant.

While recovering I went online to help support my family – I put my sales and marketing skills to work – and now I love working at home and making good money.

I’ve got a quick question for you…

Would you love to work at home and make good money?

You can…follow me…

Visit my page to learn how I can help you – just click on “FREE 7 Day Marketing E-Course” just below my name.

Take advantage of my 3+ years online and 30+ years of offline experience – I’ve made all the mistakes so you can avoid them.

And leave a comment on my page – I appreciate feedback

The Best Too You Everyday,

Dynamic Meditation and Creative Center

The Consciousness Collective

We are a group of creative people who are forming together to create the life we have always wanted to live by living up to the standards that we want to live up to individually while also supporting each other collectively. This helps the community thrive and gives inspiration and a place for people to go to either participate in the community or to view what the community has created and will continue to create.

The center will focus on Dynamic Meditation Techniques both passive and active meditations where much healing and focus will happen. After each individual and groups have done the exercises we will inspire them to go and do creative projects on their own. Each day will be a different group of creatives. Ideally this would take place in the Alphabet City area where Tompkins Square Park is. Some of these activities can take place in the park.

Supplies would be provided and a focus of writing their experiences would be the creative outlet. You also would be invited to continue your creative pursuits on your own. There would be a fee to be apart of this which would pay for the expenses such as supplies, rent of the place, meals and other such things.

I know this would be a very interesting thing to start as it has never been done. When you go to a meditation center or yoga center it is all based on centering yourself and finding silence through meditation or yoga movement. I would like to see people take meditation and find their center and also have the ability to see other creative pursuits that are possible. So your meditation would be the passive aspect and your creativity would be the active part.

There could be two floors as well. One floor where all of the meditation type stuff would take place and the creative side and then another floor for gallery purposes where we could sell the work, give the artist a commission and also be able to use the money to buy more supplies and to keep funding itself over and over.

As a business pursuit this is very good for the individual, collective and surrounding community. It would center, heal, express and motivate each individual.

From a humanistic point of view this would bring the community together, bring people back to themselves, back to their roots. As a society we tend to focus too much on activity, constantly doing thing, doing things and more things. We rarely take the time to relax and rest and allow ourselves the time and space to see what it is we are actually doing. To see our awareness of who we are. To see if we actually love what we are doing with our lives. Life is open to all possibilities once you find out that the truth is you. This is where we fail to recognize our own participation in our own lives. Life is not an obligation, it is an experience but you don't have to take my word for it. Experience it yourself. This all sounds good from a philosophical stand point but this is where the meditation center comes into play, it is taking these ideas and moving them into action. An idea is only as good as it's inspiration and only as good as it is when put into action.

I am seeking investors who would be willing to join me in this pursuit. We would need a location in Alphabet City area, We would need a book keeper to take care of the analyzation of the numbers. I would prefer people in the mind, body and soul healing industry.

Dynamic meditation

The following is correct and most effective version of dynamic meditation technique. It has four stages, each lasting ten minutes.

Stage #1) Start by standing with your eyes closed and breath deep and fast through your nose for ten minutes. Allow your body to move freely. Jump, sway back and forth, or use any physical motion that helps you pump more oxygen into your lungs.

Stage #2) The second ten minute stage is one of catharsis. Let go totally and be spontaneous. You may dance or roll on the ground. For once in your life screaming is allowed and encouraged. You must act out any anger you feel in a safe way, such as beating the earth with your hands. All the suppressed emotions from your subconscious mind are to be released.

Stage #3) In the third stage you jump up and down yelling Hoo!, Hoo!, Hoo! continuously for ten minutes. This sounds very silly, and it is funny, but the loud vibration of your voice travels down to your centers of stored energy and pushes that energy upward. When doing this stage it is important to keep your arms loose and in a natural position. Do not hold your arms over your head as that position can be medically dangerous.

Stage #4) The fourth 10 minute stage is complete relaxation and quiet. Flop down on your back, get comfortable, and just let go. Be as a dead man, totally surrendered to the cosmos. Enjoy the tremendous energy you have unleashed in the first three stages and become a silent witness to the ocean as it flows into the drop. Become the ocean.
