Dawn said… - Color me BLONDE.... I guess we were not back in touch elsewhere. I do NOT have a personal trainer.. just know I don't want to BE one LOL. She got out of touch and started a gym in a town I don't live in. I'd love to get in shape.. do NOT want to train others though, for sure. I have enough to do. Thanks for the note! I'm familiar with P90X as a few friends have done it and say it's great! I also have heard ot Beach Body and Hip Hop Abs.
The biggest benefit I've seen from an athletic performance side of things with gHP Sport is the increased stamina & accelerated recovery times. This is huge for the pro athletes taking it now as well. NHL guys are seeing their quicker recovery time between shifts, MLB guys are having better sleep, energy, stamina on the road with all the games they play.
