This first article in the three part series is aimed at the beginner. You are a beginner if you have not done any regular exercise for the past 6-12 months or longer. By regular I mean at least 3 times per week.

First of all, you need to stop concentrating all your efforts on looking different. It can take a while to start looking different in the mirror.
