A little about me
I became interested in health and wellness a long time ago, when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. There was little to do in those days but her strength and perserverance was never ending. Although she lost her battle, I feel compelled to teach and educate people on what is making us sick through what we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and what we put in and on our bodies.
I am constantly looking for answers and hope that I can help someone, even in a small way. I would be happy to be a resource for you and am always willing to learn from others. Share your health tip with me any time!

I got serious about taking more of an active role in mine and my family's health when I became much healthier by doing one thing--zero medication and more quality fruit with Monavie and more veggies with Juice Plus. Well, I could go on and on about the things I've learned from reading and researching but you probably know a lot yourself being passionate about true health care. May your business be blessed...we'll have to compare notes sometime. I was actually looking for a good body butter without all kinds of chemical junk in it. Any suggestions?

You're right that I don't miss the winters in Chicago! But I do miss the seasons, especially walking through the leaves in the fall and the first fresh air of spring. As for my practice I retired from practice a few years ago and now I focus completely on my website where we sell bio-identical hormones and nutritional supplements for men and women of all ages.
