time out

There is so much to be said for taking time out for you.

I had some time in between commitments this morning and as luck would have it was in an area of one of my favourite walking places. The freedom of my business let me just get up & go help her.My room mate & I have travelled BC,Alta & Alaska a lot but neither of us have been to Atlantic Coast time to go.Our mission for thenext few years is to drive there a few times. It's wonderful to fly but only way you really see the beauty of Canada & the people is to just get out there and be there. I am going to fly to Prince George maybe in December or January. I live 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.Have you ever been out this way?
You are in Human Resources solutions. What do you do?I am also wondering about one of the Groups you are in FREE Advertising Outlet? Maybe you could let me know a little about that. I must run for now drop me a line anytime. Wonderful to connect with another BC person. Oh I was speaking to a woman interested in my HBB and found out she is from Sylvian Lake Alta lives now in Kansas. I use to work near there, really small world.
