Hi, and Welcome to my page.
My name is Kathy Gossett and I live in Vancouver.
That's Washington not BC, State not DC.
I am very new to social networking and I look forward to meeting many new friends.
I'm a very outgoing, and fun loving gal who loves to travel, go camping, sing karaoke, and hang out with friends.
I play pool on a bar league here in Vancouver, though I'm by no means a "Pool Shark". I just enjoy the camaraderie that comes from playing on a team, and of course it helps relieve stress to knock the balls around the table.
I recently went to school to learn how to be a Travel Consultant, due to my love of travel, but thanks to the economy, I was only able to work for 9 months before being laid off.
I was working as a Corporate Travel Consultant, with many of the major fortune 500 companies. They would call me when they needed to make changes to their travel plans, or if they missed a flight etc.; It is a very technical job, that requires knowledge of the hundreds of computer codes to communicate directly with the airlines, hotels, car rentals, and rail companies. Nothing
what-so-ever like booking travel on Expedia!
While I was in school, I discovered that I have a passion for helping people plan their vacations, all the way down to booking their activities and dinner reservations. I've even planned driving trips like a tour of the Michigan lighthouses, (lower peninsula) complete with meal stops and hotel reservations. (That was one of my favorites)
So, after I was laid off, I bought a travel agency, similar to Expedia, and began planning travel for all of my friends and family.
I don't know how to Blog, or use the many social networks available, so I came here to learn.
I'm currently engaged in Matt LaClear's Apprentice Training program, and loving every minute of it.
With that in mind, I'd like to invite anyone who reads this page to leave a comment here.
I look forward to making a lot of new friends here.

You're very welcome. And I mean it--if you need help ask--email, call me, whatever. You can also ask Matt. His apprentice program is great and if you stick with it, you'll learn the ropes of Internet marketing on the social networks. I can help you with the "geeky" stuff.
Matt's program has helped me tremendously already. More opportunities are opening up than I have seen in a long time.

You're welcome. Glad to have you as a friend, Kathy! I am going to be making available all kinds of great free affiliate marketing stuff on my new site, so you might want to sign up for the notification list.
If I can help you with anything at all, especially learning the IM ropes, just ask. Really. I mean that.
Cheers!
