The first morning you wake up to the sounds of exotic birds and the ocean waves nudging a soft breeze across the bedroom. Meandering out onto the balcony, lo, a whale or dolphins catch your eye. Did that really happen? You make haste for the beach and scan from North to South along a 14 mile pristine beach. Your toes are alive. The only people you see are a few fishermen sorting their crab, shrimp and fish from their pre-dawn hard work. Pelicans are diving solely for your enjoyment pleasure. You own the beach.
Later in the day, after gorging on the sun, surf and ceviche, your personal concierge stops in to say hello. He owns a club in Montanita, makes recommendations as you desire, and offers to introduce you to other travelers from all parts of the globe.
After feasting on international cuisine, shopping and people watching, you retreat back to “the Garden of Eden”.
