Dear BigJohn,
as you censored my comment in your blog "Are You Tired of Empty MLM Promises & Want to See Something New & Different in Network Marketing ?" away I don't dare to waste more words in your profile. So let's give an answer here, where I can rule my own empire of communication:

Your blog promises fantastic MLM income. So do so much others here, all looking for income by paying followers in their so totally unique money machine. I commented (as I try to remember): "Exiting to learn all the rhetorics to convince readers to be a part of another MLM-Pyramid-System. You must start by describing the bad site of the game".

Your answer is to be read below this comment box. And you canceled my comment in your blog.

Why?

You know it and I know it. Humour is often too strong for some. And a risk for marketing copy.

In other words: I'm bored of all the MLM-'News' I get to read hear. Pardon my weak sufferability for daring old pyramid jokes.

Best wishes

Konrad

Thank you for your comments on my blog.

You obviously read only the pieces you wanted to and missed completely that it is about providing a passive income opportunity for those that retain an interest in MLM but are a trifle tired of it .

Success to you

Hi Konrad,

Yes, it is effective for building trust and relationships, for me. I developed that website so I could answer the continual questions that are asked about "me" and "my business". People do like to get to know others...........and thus my www.MaxBizMom.com website and my SUp.biz profile page was created.

Afterall - there are a multitude of companies out there - the only thing that will set my company apart from others who are "seeking" is how I present myself. I believe in Truth and I what I present to the world is Truth about Me.

Hope that answers your question.

Have a great day, my friend!

All the Best,

Guten Tag, Konrad,

I saw your post on Carl Mortimer's blog and thought about how we think along similar lines, so I dropped by to visit your page, and I must say I am impressed with your artwork. Beautiful sketches! At one point in my life I considered becoming an architect (I'm a big fan of the Bauhaus school), but life steered me into media instead. Much success with all your endeavors, my friend.

Nice job Konrad, love your website and this page too. I really like how you bridge the gap between Architect and people with your photos, sketches, and plain language. It is good to have another Architect on the site. I was wondering how many of these 'please read my blog' posts by people who don't actually care about what you're doing I could take. If anything, that should be the first lesson in business, know your potential client first, by showing you care about them they might care about you. Looks like your page is getting better comments, good to see. Anyway, best of luck in your business. I noticed you say Germany but saw a lot of references to Britain, where you located? Regards, Nick.

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, ONE, TEN, HUNDRED, THOUSAND, HUNDRED THOUSAND, MILLION, BILLION, TRILLION $$$, DIAMONDS, BRILLIANTS, TONS OF SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM - ALL YOURS IN ONLY A SECOND ??? What I want to say all my visitors first (and yes, I know, that it is worthless for you) You're looking for wealth, success and eternal happiness? Getting rich by tricky ecommerce and hard networking? Better friends than you have found nearby? Just here? Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile! Perhaps some of it will be of certain interest for you - try it out or not. Regarding this contact platform I want to say that I am not convinced of it. Contacts over contacts - but why? To collect them? To share two seconds of clicking? To copy and paste some never changing and very ridiculous text modules in other's profiles? To surf through the profiles of aliens, only to forget most of them immediatly after leaving? What may be the deeper sense of this behaviour? Who told us to do such silly things? Our unsatisfiable need of communication, our hope to meet the hit, to find the pearl in the mud, making billions of $$ in one second by doing just so or so or so, I know, I know. Selling some coaches to riding horses, some nourishing supplements to fed up fatsos, some very expensive ebooks to hoggish copycats etc. - only to become the richest fool in the US-based universe? Maybe you want me to give you some money for your so seldom and unique product or service. But will this work, are there no better opportunities near by or wouldn't it better for me to abandon such options? Thus saving my money and soul? Living nearly totally from online marketing since more than six years by my funny website I will try to explain you why not - and don't argue - for no charge and I don't need your email address: The most common principles of failing online marketing

The marketing idea in all business websites is the same (if not, show me the difference!). You know it: Showing your goods in a bright light, making some mysteries to get the email adress of your visitor, many crazy efforts to "bind" the visitor. Bright shining website outfit, speaking characters, perfect layout, superb technics etc. I know all the free and expensive ebooks and schemes and templates which explain you misleading marketing shit and if not, I can imagine what's in because I see it in all the websites the world around. The idea is: Your visitors like muddy dirt over all, if it's only smelling like money. They are not humans, they are silly apes or Pawlow's doggies.

What you'll never find on the 'business' sites: Qualifying of your special offer in difference to the others, totally free and attractive and open minded and provoking information regarding the advantage and disadvantages of your point of view, regarding the fortune and misfortune of the client using or misusing or not using your and the other's offer. The sites have no infotainment, no humor, no dialectic rhetoric. No attempt, to clarify the special advantage of the better solution you're standing for against the others. Ok, we know nearly all the ugly and boring pages which want to make you excited what would be the solution to the given questions over questions - only to get your email address - finally to send you a free copy of shit which recommends to spend your money in a very bad business. Crazy, isn't it?

And then, the biggest foolishness of all: Praising your thing in own words! Didn't your mom or granny told you, that's absolutely the biggest mistake to do?

No focus to the ideas, personal problems and desires of the potential clients, nothing, what would really attract them - in other words: Boring. No sales. And no real idea to make first your readers then your potential customers happy, to love them, to fulfil their demands by easy, simple and cheap means. What means also splendid and overwhelming information, fulfilling the main interests of your visitors. Without any importance of the site layout. Only content counts. Professional looking sites in my eyes (and in yours?) hinder the business, don't they? Online-profs make you anxious, isn't it?

Would you really recommend your products in such way your mom, your best friend, your kids? Would yourself buy after visiting a site like yours? So what remains as difference between your offer and the others? The price. Is it this what you want, the maybe very cheapest Jack in a big queue of other cheapest Jacks? That's the best method to exterminate poisoned rubbish, does this really fit to your products? Or selling your very best and happy making products for the double price than the rivals and additional payment in advance? Because the product is worth it and nearly a little bit seldom or exclusive?

And all this people here, hungry for cash - are these the customers you want? Maybe. But do you know, that nearly all your visitors are your biggest competitors? Why? Because they think that they can live and manage their problems without your products. Is this so wrong?

And the next rivalry comes from all your cheaper competitors, maybe nearer closed-by to your visitors too, not so virtual like your e-commerce business. How to beat them by argument? Do you have some? Where can I read them on your site?

Who does repair your car? I know him, he's a very odd person. There is always some dirt on his shirt and he has oily hands. But YOU trust HIM, shaking his hands, giving him cash! Why? Because you don't trust in the repair shop owner with white collar and neck-tie. I don't either. But what's your outfit in your website? You'll understand. And furtherwards I know many websites, where you absolutely can't find the owner. Anonymous money makers, do you love them?

Are you personnally a customer for all the sellers here at all? It is so easy to connect, but is this worth the time you've spent? I don't know. My experience - there are 'interesting' people everywhere. Don't you have some or enough already nearby? And my tipp: Sell your goods or rubbish where the customers are. Maybe there are better places in US-based modernized agglomerations worldwide, where you can make a fortune with your trick, but here? May I laugh?

My recommendation: Do your job on your website. Give real good content there. Don't annoy with your special solutions and your special experience and you here and you there and I and I and I. Show first and first and first that you are much more familiar with exact the main problems of your possible consumers/clients/visitors/target group than they themselves. Be a real mother for all your childrens. Explain the problems your visitors have without your product or with the rival's products pedagogically in all colours.

Don't forget: The visitor is your little but very beloved baby. And describe, why all the usual solutions (of your competitors, you understand!) usually, normally and everytime MUST fail. Because there is no real soul in it. Describe the advantages of the so simple and so cheap and so much better solution, which only you - the real lover of your customer - can offer. For nothing more than some bucks you need for not letting starve your family (and your staff). Maybe show some convincing examples. But not after "action" of your visitors, just before and completely free. Your visitors will be upset and yours. Show them the principle and sell them the details. But remember - they are your babes, not your dummies.

Promote your human (christian/muslim-based) ideas on your site and promote the site external in a well done mix of humble, generous, humorous, serious, provoking and funny rhetoric in web forums and blogs, where people communicate, which have the problem you will solve by your perfect service / product. There are much more customers who want to be convinced by your never selfish genius. Not only sellers as here, which are very bored by your maximised efforts to get some little attention for your thing. And if it's not working - and did you have any cash succes here? Really?? - it's not a problem of the others, it's yours. If it works - you have my respect and big congratulation.

Let's come to the finish: I do not want to be a sampled contact anyway. Let's save this useless consumed time together, that's my offer. Give it to your familiy or best friends, that would be better for all. Remember: Like you I will not buy anything from you and I have no need to get healed or managed or coached by you. I will not sell you anything and need no distributor for my business service. I have no money rest to spend in depressive fine art, funny experiments or non profit actions, because this money is already granted. No new software solutions, no crazy materialistic ebooks, no new religion or other happy making things. I'm a selfmade man and do all by myself. So what? Think about it.

And if you'll contact, tell me why. Perhaps it may be interesting for us both to change some special experience in guerilla tactics for web marketing, perfect plastering your website content with Google Adsense (I know some how to's) or using traditional, simple and cheap methods in building repair and getting rid with all senseless tactics against 'rising damp', toxic black mold and saving heating energy (regarding my profession) or tips and offers for buying a castle or the technique and strategy of fundraising for non profit projects or some provoking cosmology, or, or ... But not only another dummy in your list to rank better in your listing here or your club of mild lovers or disappointed bald head frowners.

I would prefer a telephone call ++49-9574-3011 regarding your interests before your contact request comment. Please do me this favour.

And here and now - TATATATA - my profile:

As an independent architect - born 1955 and working since 1979 - I have my main interests in building restoration by traditional and economical means (materials and repair construction) without the common misuse of "modern" industrial building materials, systems and chemicals. My international restoration website (20 languages, ~ 800 htm files) delivers insights about me, my provoking ideas, publishing, consulting and planning work (over 400 finished private and public restoration projects, mostly ecclesiastical (church, monastery) and profane (castle, townhouse, manor house, farmhouse, residential building) building monuments in whole Germany, consulting projects also in Austria and Italy).

After studies at Technische Universität München/Munich I worked two years as scientific volunteer at the Bavarian State Office for Preservation of Monuments and Historic Buildings / Landesamt für Denkmalpflege, departments: reports inventory, building research, archeology, practical preservation, restoration of fine art, workshops, field offices Regensburg and Seehof, Chief: Prof Dr Michael Petzet, later President of ICOMOS International. I'm a member of the German Castle Association and the South tyrolian Castle Institute.

Teaching my professional topics and giving lectures since 1988 at german architect chambers, universities and other educational institutions, also in Scotland (RILEM-Seminar, University of Paisley), Poland (University Gleiwitz/Gliwice, Schloß Pleß/Castle Pszczyna), Italy (Burg Runkelstein, Bozen/Bolzano), Sweden (Lunds Tekniska Högskolan LTH), Danmark (Royal Academy of Architectur, Kopenhagen), Switzerland (Rudolf Steiner Goetheanum Dornach) with sometimes international audience from all continents I got some insights in the problems of planning and restoring anywhere.

The main interest of my lectures, the website and publications roundabaout the refurbishing of house&home can be described in one sentence:

How to avoid vasting money in historic buildings / old houses by bad modern construction methods or materials by using really experienced repair tech?

Black mold (Schwarzschimmel/Moho negro/Moisissure noire/Svartmögel/Плесень ...) in homes by wrong insulation and hermetically sealing, damp walls and useless efforts to dry them, energy and money losing heating and insulation methods - there are so many topics which maybe worth a closer view.

In my office had been lots of german speaking practicants / trainees from Sweden, Danmark, Poland, Bulgary, Russia, Moldavia and Kazachstan during 3 to 18 months.

Since the 80s I'm a member and consultant in the German Castle Association Deutsche Burgenvereinigung e.V.. And if you are interested in buying castles, perhaps this German Castles to buy - Page may be worth a look.

Since the 90s I'm publishing and networking as a sceptic against the fraud of AGW/Anthropogenic Global Warming, man made climatic change and stupid methods of wrong heating energy saving.
