About me
After more than 10 years staying home raising my girls, I am now back to work :-) The slow economy has affected my husband's photography business, therefore we are both running home-based business'. He now runs the photography business from home and I have a home business I truly enjoy. Raising my seven daughters is (as you can imagine) my full time job :-) Therefore, the opportunity to have a business that gives me the freedom to set my own hours is ideal.
My passion in life is making friends and meeting new people. Our company has high standards and we look for people with 3 main qualities; they are a team player, self-motivated, and dependable. If you feel you have those qualities and would like more information---shoot me a message.

Welcome to Sta.rtup.biz! I know what it’s like to be new to a place and not quite sure where to start. For this social network, the first thing to do is read Matt LaClear’s Tips and Tricks to Putting an Effective Profile Together, and Comment Posting Rules. I have found both to be quite useful, and will save you from future headaches.
Initially, it can also be very lonely when you are the new kid on the block, so I invite you to add me as a friend and call on me when you need to.
As with anything in life, you get what you put in, so get involved.

On the upside of it all I have learned one very important thing. . . . .Loyalty! Loyalty? You ask. Yes, loyalty. . . .developing the attitude that nothing, no one will take my focus off my goal. Are you with a company you trust, do you deep down in your gut know you have what it takes to press on? Then as Nike would tell you "Just Do It". Forget the leaders who pick up and go shortly after they sold you on how much they will do to help you succeed. Forget the skinny guy that stands up on a stage telling the crowd what a dear friend you are-----and you end up feeling really stupid and not such a 'dear friend' when he turns out to be too busy to train you-or even call you back. If my words sound harsh is because I am fed up. Fed up with those who give this industry its bad reputation. All the while many of these "dear friends" get booked to speak in front of crowds on the subject of "training the 'new' guy". I just laugh now as I sit there listening thinking if only people just knew the truth. Seriously, who cares! No matter where you work, whether it be from home or corporate America people are people and we should love one another in spite of our defects---which we all have.
The skinny of it all is that if it is going to be then it starts with you and only you. Yes, training is of the highest importance so make sure you know who you are signing on to work with. Partnering with people you trust is crucial. This industry takes work. . . .if you are looking for a get rich quick scheme you will be sadly disappointed. Make sure you find a good mentor----stick to what they tell you to do and don't reinvent the wheel. If they are good at what they do you too will (in time) accomplish your goals. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask the "leader" of the team how long he/she has been with the company? Ask them how many companies they have been with in the last year? Ask them WHY this product/company is different? Seek out the LOYAL leaders---we are out there----stay the course and stay strong---whatever you do NEVER NEVER let someone else's lack of stability or lack of genuine heart keep you from succeeding!
