About Me

I am a native Georgian that grew up in the Metro Atlanta area. I studied under the Arts and Sciences with a minor in Organic Substances at Georgia State University. During my endeavors of seeking employment as a student, my supposedly well-planned future career took its turn. Consequently, my career landed in the Affordable Housing industry and as a result I am the Owner of Compliance Specialties - - an Affordable Housing Consulting Company for approximately 8 years , but have worked in the Affordable Housing Industry for approximately 19 years. I currently hold the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential that is awarded by the Housing Credit Certification - Board of Governors, under the auspices of National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Multi Family Division and the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As an adamant advocate of Health and Fitness, I am a Fitness Coach that is currently extending my services by studying under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and write articles on health and fitness in any spare time that is available. As the Founder of Mbodyment's Action Against Obesity Foundation, Co., my long term goal is to enable others integrate health and fitness as a lifestyle and mindset for purposes of achieving an enhanced quality of life.
