Just contracted a house that is worth 115k based on comparable houses that have sold in that subdivision in the last 6 months. It is a 3 bedroom 1.5bathroom 1,381sq.ft. brick home on a slab foundation.It is in League City,TX it got some water in it from the hurricane and it will need 25k worth of repair the it.
