A mother of five and grandmother to one beautiful granddaughter-- I stay busy...I run a very successful Natural Hair Care studio here in sunny Southern California (website>>) http://www.NaturallyYoursBoutique.com and I love doing business in the Affiliate Marketing arena--it gives me a chance to "teach" my children what business success looks like, as they watch me.
I am a Super Affiliate Marketer of a MUST HAVE book--"The Super Affiliate Handbook" by the very successful Rosalind Gardener (the link for the book is above)...my initial purpose in starting my Natural Hair Care studio, was to 'train' my children so that they would have an option of working in the "family" business and not having to knock on someone elses door for a J-O-B.
I have to say, its worked out very well. My oldest daughter is an assistant to me and she has a growing clientele all her own.
As I have grown in business and have 'expanded' my horizons, I have found that, if you come across a great product that can help others as it has helped you and share it with them, not only are you blessed, but you bless them as well...that's why I became a Super Affiliate to a book that has helped me as well as others. Now my children have another option to become even more successful in a totally different field...that is exciting to me!
I especially like networking with other people in business because it gives me a chance to exchange ideas, information, support and encouragement.
As an entrepreneur, my goal is to give support as well as receive support...I find that together we stand and divided we fall.

I was overwhelmed!
wow!
I have not been on supBiz in ages!
I really miss all the fun I had meeting new "friends" and sharing ideas etc.
I got a little overwhelmed because I found that I really wasn't ready for all the opportunity that is in this environment...I wasn't ready business wise.
As I write this quick note, I'm still getting ready.
I will be back in the 'game' very soon.

Are you new in business and need some exposure but don’t know where to go to get the ‘right’ exposure or meet the ‘right’ people…people of like interest?

It takes time
This experience--the Sta.rtup.biz experience is so new to me...it takes time to 'build'...build relationships and friends and income.
I have to be honest. When I first came into this community I was thrilled! I saw dollar signs! 'how much money can I make here?" "what's in it for me?"
I was so zealous that I approached this whole opportunity all wrong...I got locked out! arrgh! my account was frozen for a looong day :-(
