The Most Important Thing

I am a great-grandmother, I am proud to say. I have 4 great great-grandchilren and counting. My family is the most important thing in my life. I have come a very long way (I'm 65), and still have a long way to go, but without my children: Tracy, who died 3 years ago at age 41; Randy, Kim, Tiffany, James and Jeremiah, I would be without the motivation I need each day to keep pushing. I also have 13 grandchildren (too many to name) (smile). It is not necessary to keep in touch every day, but when I can get through the night without a phone call, I know everything is okay and I can get on with my life. I am free to live as I choose...I don't have to raise the next generation, and I stay out of their way and they stay out of mine. It is a blessing to have the children God has given me. They make me proud even if I don't hear from them for weeks, that alone lets me know I didn't do too bad a job. I love them and they love me, but they are independent and so am I...and that's the most important thing.

YAY! I'M A PUBLISHED AUTHOR!!

After 18 years of effort, I am proud to announce that my first children's book, "The First Trip" is online and available. The story is one of Bubba Oodle, the news reporter for the Oodleville News, and his arrival in "The Land Beyond" (our Earth) from his imaginary world of "Oodleville." There is also an introduction of the other "Oodles" and some of their adventures

In coming stories, Bubba will be exploring and making friends to share our lives with those in "Oodleville," and sharing the "Ood… Continue

WHEN DREAMS COME TRUE: An Author's Happy Ending

Eighteen years ago I started on a journey of which I could clearly see the end, but had no idea of how I would arrive at the destination. Through trials and errors, signing three contracts and having two of them fail, speaking with and showing my idea to hundreds of people, I have finally arrived. I am happy to report that my dream is coming true!! It all began during a conversation with my daughter in which we were discussing the lack of black rag dolls on the market. We fondly talked about our… Continue

12 Elements of Living a Great Life

I have been thinking quite a lot about what it takes to live a great life. So in answer to my questions, the Universe decided to give me a few answers. This information recently woke me up one morning, I jotted it down, and I've decided to share it with my friends. My father told me on more than one occasion that I "have education, but needed direction." I have often asked others for "direction" before asking for other advice, so I hope these elements of living a great life will give you some "d… Continue

Don't throw in the towel just yet!

For the last 16+ years since I have been trying to bring my dolls and books to market, there have been many occasions when I've felt like throwing in the towel, and I often wondered why I hadn't. After having signed three contracts and seen many other people come and go who have become enthused and excited about my project, but have faded away over time, for a while it was a mystery to me why I was still holding on. I have even had people whom I have asked for advice and direction, and some who… Continue

When Life Gives You Lemons

I guess this is the sequel to my previous blog, "Don't Worry, Be Happy, and Let Nothing Steal Your Joy. Whenever you make an affirmation like this, all kinds of things begin to come to test your resolve and conviction, as it has currently been for me. I am having trouble getting the "Bubba Oodle" dolls inspected that I had made in China. Among the options that the factory has given me is the return of my payment for manufacturing. This is where the lemons come in. It sounds okay, but this choice… Continue

Hey there...

Do you spend a lot of time on social networks such as this one but can't seem to get the effort you expend to translate into targeted traffic hitting your website, affiliate or business opportunity links?

Well don't feel bad if you answered "NO" to my question. Because it's not easy what you're trying to make happen.

If it were easy everybody and their brother would be working from home and there would be no opportunity for you and I to do it too!

There are a whole slew of opportunities available today that you can take advantage of to make GREAT money online…

BUT you can have the greatest opportunity sitting in front of you, but your long term success will rely on two things: 1) Persistence 2) The ability to adapt.

The people I see that struggle and fail online… it’s not that they haven’t found the ONE thing that’s going to make them money… it’s because they float from one thing to another. They never fully develop an effort to market that ONE thing properly.

Sometimes all a person needs to succeed online is a tough minded coach who has been around the block a few times who's willing to take the time to teach them the ropes and to kick them in the butt when they need it.

Make no mistake either. I'm the man with the size 13's who can help you turn your online business around. I have been in the business full time now for over a decade so I know some things about making money online that you probably don't.

Take for instance the fact that I received close to a half million page views on just one of my websites last year and I didn't pay for even a single click to make that happen.

You need traffic to your site? It's available if you have the guts to go out and look for it.

You want my help in finally being able to quit your job and become a full time Internet marketer?

If so, I have Four Cardinal Rules I would expect you to adhere to if you end up joining my free offer to train you as my apprentice. Violate just one of them once and you will be formally warned. Violate a rule a second time it will result in your expulsion from the program.

And no, I never give second chances.

To learn what the 4 Cardinal Rules are to my Free Apprentice Program visit my site at http://www.onlinegoldsystem.com/ .

Best Regards,

Matt "No Whining Allowed" LaClear

P.S. If my free program sounds like something you'd like to be a part of then I look forward to working with you. I truly believe we can transform you into a genuine Internet Marketing money earner.

If by chance you find me too hard core for your tastes then it's best you decline on my offer to train you. Don't worry I won't be offended if it turns out that I'm not your cup of tea. I have several relatives who feel the same way about me! But I do hope we can remain friends and network with one another!

Hey! Just stopping by to say hello! We just got back from Europe (and had a WONDERFUL 5 weeks) and are now trying to get the garden caught up (last year when we got back from vacation, it had been so cold and rainy that we were not at all behind, but THIS year we had to mow the garden before it could be tilled!!)

Anyway, I have missed you, and wonder how your mission is coming along with all the economic upheaval. I have prayed for you.
