Environmentally friendly, vegan and plain good for you....
I live with my son, husband two dogs and three cats in beautiful Sedona/Arizona. This place is life changing with it's vortexes and red mountains...
I have been a vegetarian for about 14 years now and wouldn't have it any other way. Even my skin care, spa and detox products plus the cosmetics I use are vegan and environmentally friendly. For free samples of the skin care, just email me and I'll be happy to send you some!
I am very much interested in our environment and therefore another near and dear favorite product of mine is a PCB free water filtration bottle that replaces up to 800 bottled waters. It even filters water from your tap, pool, lake, river etc. into clean, delicious and safe drinking water immediately. Great to know in case of an emergency or on a hike where there is no 7/11....
Saving money and the environment by not trashing hundreds of harmful plastic bottles every year. If we all change to just one bottle per person per year, we can make a serious impact to help the planet.

Go Vegan or at least Vegetarian!
It's good for you, the animals and the planet!
You will live a healthier life. Less heart disease, lower blood pressure and less cholesterol. Also you will save those poor animals that are used for testing from misery by going vegan/vegetarian. There are vegan companies out there offering even better products then those mainstream companies that are making animals suffer unnessecarily.

Just for fun, next time you are out in traffic I would like for you to focus and count every small business you drive by daily. Think about all the businesses you patronize on a regular basis. They are everywhere, Nail Salons, Barbershops, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Cleaners, just to name a few.
