So let me tell you a little about myself. I am a single mompreneur who is finding the freedom I want to do the things I want when I want.. I am a school bus driver by trade and I am currently supplementing my income with Vemma.
I take my Vemma or drink a Verve everyday. My cholesterol has gone down 50 points and I have not changed anything else in my daily routine. How cool is that?? My skin, hair and nails have improved, andddddd and this is a big and, I rarely if ever suffer from any symptoms from my MS. The muscle twitches have stopped and I have more energy. This is good stuff. My 6 year old son asks for his Vemma everyday!

Cost effective ways to promote/advertise your business on a shoestring budget
Where I have just recently started by business I have found cost effective ways to advertise my business.
The first thing I did was design and order my business cards through VistaPrint.com. I have printed up fliers(had copies made at Staples which is cost effective) with pull tabs and have posted them in high traffic areas that have bulletin boards.
I Twitter, Facebook, Gather, Hubpages, Blogger, Yahoo, Multiply, Tagged, Ning, where I post blogs with useful content and also blog about my busin… Continue
