For the first time in decades thousands of people all over the United States and the rest of the world find themselves challenged in ways they have never experienced before. As a result people are losing their homes, cars , jobs and their pride in the process. And in the process some families are even being torn apart. This is the first time in my life time that I feel as a African American male that I can hope to pass along a true peace of the American Dream to my daughter and my son.

America has change in many for all people of all walks of life. I am sure you know how this story goes. As the new reporters; report the news and the newspapers print the news. You are well aware of the economic downturn of our nation. You have to asked yourself, What does this all mean? How will this affect me and my family? And more importantly, How will I survive this economic downturn?

Well my friend you can survive this recession or depression depending on how you look at it and depending on how it has already affected you. But in order to survive you will have to change the way you think. What do I mean by that?
