My personal story:
My name is Roy Darnold and I have lived in Trenton, Florida for about 10 years with my wife Teri and step-son Josh. Last year we refinanced our mortgage in order to obtain a fixed rate and used some of the equity for several remodeling projects. This left us with a brand new 30 year mortgage which we would finally pay off when we would be 72 years old.
