I run an internet fairtrade business called Cebra ethical chic. We aim to bring together small producers and forward thinking consumers looking for ethically produced accessories.
I also have my own skincare line called Cebra ethical skincare. Handmade with fairtrade and organic ingredients and packaged in sustainable jars and bottles. Cebra ethical skincare is vegan, cruelty free and made without the need for harsh synthetic preservatives. The aromatherapy or unscented range is especially suitable for very sensitive skin.
There is a product there for every skin type: prone to outbreaks, redness, sensitive, babies, mature, teenager.... plus we have complimentary sustainable handmade accessories such as our famous wooden toothbrushes and fabulous hairbrushes as well as our new SilkySkin Epilator.

Fairtrade to me is important - it gives artisans and producers respect in addition to an income. Whether makers live here in Europe or overseas doesn't matter. Fairtrade starts right in front of your doorstep and extends globally. Fairtrade means paying a fair price for well made, tastefully designed and long lasting items.
Sustainability is important. I ensure that base materials used in our products come from renewable resources. Either that or they are made from post consumer waste (i.e. recycled plastics). Furthermore I am constantly on the lookout for sustainable and therefore "eco friendly" packaging for my skincare range. All of the jars and bottles I use are refillable, reusable, recyclable.
