I am the owner and founder of Scott F. Soape & Associates, LLC.
Since 1997 my firm has become a national leader in the Commercial Debt Resolution profession. I assist businesses and property owners / sellers with problem debts, judgments, liens or lawsuits by negotiating discounted settlements and / or payment plans with their commercial creditors. Since I operate on a contingency basis, there is no charge to my client unless I can negotiate terms of which they completely approve.
I have successfully operated my practice both from a traditional major city office as well as from a home office. All of my business can be done by phone, fax, internet and mail and I only meet with clients if I choose.
I offer 2 ways for other people to make money in this profession:

Scott Soape has worked in financial services and lived in the Austin, Texas area since graduating from the School of Business at the University of Texas. While employed as a bank executive early in his career, Scott taught banking classes in the evenings at the local community college and served as President of the American Institute of Banking in Austin.
Drawing upon his expertise in managing multi-million dollar bank investment portfolios, Scott joined a regional financial consulting firm that was subsequently acquired by a large national brokerage house. His high level of achievment in the industry earned him special recognition among his peers and a rare personal visit to the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Scott eventually formed his own successful financial consulting company which he owned and operated for ten years until selling it in order to concentrate on his commercial debt resolution practice.

ATTENTION: Real Estate Professionals
Whenever you encounter a seller with problem LIENS, DEBTS, JUDGMENTS, LAWSUITS, etc. clouding title to their property, I may be able to negotiate DISCOUNTED SETTLEMENTS with the creditors before a sale and save them thousands of dollars at closing!

How Much Can You Make In This Business?
Fees in the commercial debt resolution profession can range from several hundred dollars to several thousand dollars depending on the size and type of case.

A REAL Profession

Do you spend a lot of time on social networks such as this one but can't seem to get the effort you expend to translate into targeted traffic hitting your website, affiliate or business opportunity links?
