IYP Management takes a holistic approach to artist management. Because of our level of care, some people call what we do a hybrid of agent management and personal management. We will be responsible for day to day career development through personal advice and guidance. We also plan the long range direction of the artist's career. We offer a hybrid of business consulting and artist management services.

Selecting and supervising the artist's accountants and attorneys
Overseeing the design and maintenance of the artist's Web site
