- Hello, You are right about raw raw food of course. We have been so programmed to eat processed foods in this country and its killing us slowly. Processed food is actually dead food.Raw food is living...Check out the original man / Gary Null. I was in shock for several weeks when I heard him give this direct on his radio program: Go to your refrigerator, look at the food inside. If it has eyes on it and is dead, don't eat it" Those words changed the way I ate forever....thanks...

- Great comment you made about raw food. The body will take what it needs and eliminate the rest if it's a food anyway. With this gene-testing vitamin shop stuff you'd need to get tested at least every six weeks because the body is always changing. I guess there will be many who fall for it though. Keep on with raw!!!
