We are excellent at doing a far more detailed search for the ideal premises for your business and our fees usually become insignificant when considered against how we achieve savings in your rent, or a better location for you, or better facilities for your staff. As specialists in looking after tenants (most UK Real Estate firms earnt >80% of their fees looking after Landlords' interests) we are diligent in getting you the best possible terms and look beyond just the issues of rent and length of lease.
