About Us
We thank you for visiting this profile. We are a research-based legal & tax counsellors with representatives and associates in the Middle East, South East Asia, and United Kingdom. We work closely with international law firms, consulting firms, accounting firms, investment bankers, venture capitalists, universities and other organizations worldwide to provide our clients with complete legal solutions.
We have been involved in advising Government, public sector undertakings, and private corporations in the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Sunil Thacker was a special invitee for advising the Government of India for drafting the Information Technology [IT] law. In representative capacity, Mr. Sunil has advised the Middle East government in Dubai on corporate laws. He is a prominent featured law expert on Dubai media which includes the 89.1 Dubai Radio, amidst other reputed newspapers, websites and tabloids. We have worked on some of the biggest turnkey projects in the Middle East, and South East Asia. Our International tax consulting division specializes in advising firms on international corporate tax aspects, providing opinions on tax regulations generally, and tax planning.
Our Team
Our team advises on corporate and commercial law matters including incorporation of companies throughout the Middle East, property and construction related matters, and providing escrow related assistance and advice. We have advised overseas and domestic clients on matters pertaining to cross border acquisitions, formation of companies in Middle East, South East Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan and India), and represent a wide variety of clients for drafting and filing of patent claims. Our team members have significant experience in the area of international tax aspects and legal issues arising out of valuation of companies pursuant to a merger and/or amalgamation.
We have been involved in advising state government of India to review the law on information and technology. We do solicit inquiries pertaining to international e-commerce regulations, online payment mechanism(s)and regulatory approvals before the European Union and other south East Asian countries. In representative capacity, we have also advised the government of United Arab Emirates on corporate law matters. Our professional services have also been extended to some of the biggest turnkey projects in the Middle East and Asia.
