I am on the Internet 7 days a week and it can be as much as 10-12 hours a day. The Internet is my business. If I am away from my computer my Black Berry tracks me down LOL. As for Social networking... on the Internet about an hour in the mornings and about 2-3 hours in the evening. Once a week I partipate in my local Chamber of Commerce Social Networking Events as well.
