I think you have read through My Page and gone through my Profile. As I said, I am a senior Citizen, and I presume you can call me an old geezer. Even though at my age, though I have retired, I am still struggling for survival. Our country do not practice the National Government subsidy for the private sector. As I was not a clever man I am only a Caterer and HotelKeeper, in the Hospitality Industry in my Younger days. I started working in the industry for a short duration of time after I completed my studies. I then joined a UK company and went overseas, and left my HomeLand, to practice the profession and a Caterer and Hotelkeeper. I lived in the UK for near twenty years.
I returned to Malaysia in the late early 1990’s. I left UK after I was struck down with Thyroidtoxicosis and I was paralysed. This was caused by the over active Thyroid. I am now certified OK except my limbs tend to tremor. The Doctor called it Essential Tremor. The caused is un explained. I am now under treatment and taking Praparnolol.

Due to this, I am not able to Practice my Profession as a Caterer &Hotelkeeper. I then ventured in Security, and became a Security Officer. This career in the Secutrity Firm, does not pay much. I then ventured into New Bob Realty Sdn Bhd as a Property Negotiator cum Marketing Executive. I joined New Bob after working in Key Building System as a Building Supervisor. This gave me a vision into the Real Estate. I registered myself for a Training Course with New Bob, and to-day, I am a Property Negotiator cum Marketing Executive.

The career as Property Negotiator cum Marketing Executive does not pay much. We do not receive a Salary or paid Expenses. We are paid only by commission and as a Rookie, I paid the company 60% of what I earned.
