Offering educational support to the perinatal mama & professional

My name is Tiffani and I am the mom to four boys ages 17, 14, 3 and 2. All four were born via cesarean, so cesarean awareness is very important to me. I have been in health care for 15 years with 11 of them as a registered nurse. I worked in mental health and I bring that experience to the Buoy for Perinatal Blues support group. I very much could have used an antepartum and postpartum doula with my last baby, but there were no such services in my area...so, I became certified as an antepartum and postpartum doula, a lactation educator, and a placenta encapsulation specialist.

My main goal is to help women in need...offer information, offer support and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere of which to share your personal experiences along your journey...all inside Pampered Pregger & Beyond.

Another large piece of my life is my son, Eamon, age 3, who was diagnosed in August 2008 with mild autism. I have created a supportive blog for him to raise money for his therapies and it is called Eamon's Journey Thru Autism.

Cesarean Society is an online support group that is resource for perinatal women who seek to prevent cesarean, receive support through cesarean recovery through the next stage, VBAC.

Buoy for Perinatal Blues is an online support group developed because women & families need a buoy to hold onto during the difficult journey through postpartum depression until they can see the beacon of light that will indeed shine.
