Best thing you can do is just dive in and start communicating with others.
I have only been a member here for a few months now but I can honestly say this is an absolutely awesome place in which you can grow your business.

My advice:
1. Concentrate on one program at time. Otherwise you may be paying joining fees for others. Well, but it is also about timing many times.
2. Make an own working plan for each program: How to promote? How much time to spend / week?
